Movie Therapy: Change Your Movie, Change Your Life

Here is one of the simplest ways to understand hypnosis: The conscious mind thinks in words while the unconscious thinks in pictures, sounds and feelings. In other words, the conscious is a script and the unconscious is more of a movie.

When people come feeling down or frustrated, they usually describe their lives as if their living in a bad movie. It's black and white. Dreary and they're not even the main character in their own story. Hypnosis gives us direct access to the internal "movie" of people's lives and the possibilities for positive change.
